I take the time to get to know you on all angles, empowering you along the way with education, skill building and the development of coping strategies that will help you or your child get back on track. The focus of treatment is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, collaborating a person-centered treatment plan, and embracing change together.
My therapeutic approach is as unique as you are.
There is not a one size fits all therapy approach. Everyones journey is different; So it is important that the approach to helping is just as unique. I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs taking strategies from Supportive, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Therapy to name a few.
I often work with clients who struggle with mental health difficulties that often lead to difficulty in moving forward as a result. Providing a safe place, while teaching important strategies that increase shame resilience, paves the way to a positive self concept and increased self confidence.
My ability to connect to my clients is the key factor in helping them embrace life's challenges.
I know and understand that taking the first step towards change can be scary and difficult. My promise is to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
